Please read this Terms of Service carefully. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Digitally Star (the “Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account and use the Platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Marketplace Role

Digitally Star operates as a venue connecting clients and freelancers. We are not a party to any contract formed between users and do not endorse any user, project, or job.

5. Fees & Payments

Service fees, commissions, and applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout. Payouts to freelancers are subject to the active payment processor’s terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including (without limitation) circumventing fees, posting unlawful content, harassing other users, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform code, branding, and content are owned by Digitally Star or its licensors. Deliverables exchanged between users are governed by the agreement between those users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitally Star is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
